Original, lovely white vintage mushroom lamp realised by expert hands in the heart of Murano , Venezia , in the late 70s. This precious light was a must have piece back in the days and it still has so much to say nowadays. It was finely created by Murano Glass blowers by using the refined swirl technique. This bright piece is nowadays a rarity for few since those lamps are becoming a super lucky find! A stunning example of Italian Vintage Craftsmanship that will donate an elegant and warm light to your special home! Design period: 1970 – 1979. Country of production: Italy. Style: Vintage, Mid-Century, Handcrafted, Bohemian, Space Age. Condition: Excellent – This vintage piece is in near original condition. No defects to report, the glass is perfectly intact, no scratches or cracks (there are air bubbles in the glass mixture). Original electrical system from the period in working order. Socket type: European socket (from 110 up to 250V); regular E27 Edison light bulb. Technique: Hand Blown Swirl. Height: 18,5 cm. Diameter: 15,5 cm. I describe the articles in the best possible way. STILNOVO Table Lamp Atomic Kalmar Mid Century Vintage Italy 1950s 60s 70s RARE
Mid Century Italian table lamp attributed to Stilnovo, Milano, Italy. The lampshade is made of aluminium lacquered cream on the outside and silver on the inside with a decorative brass collar detail and other diablo shade lacquered black. Stem made of brass tubing with ball joint to the shade and two addition pivot joints. Cast iron base with faux marble plastic cover and decorative brass rim. The original switch is on the base. There is one brass and ceramic bulb socket. The lamp is in very good vintage condition and in full working order. The lamp has been re-wired and earthed. The lamp takes one e27 bulb. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. Can be used with 110-230v supplies. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. However, we will always indicate any noticeable defects. 1970′s MURANO VETRI 022 Swirl Glass Lamp (Shade not included). 16″ to top of socket – 6″ wide at base. Beautiful Vetri lamp, made in Murano, Italy. Hand blown, art glass made by Venini/Vetri circa 1970s. Identifying sticker still attached. This version never had a glass shade, but was made to take a fine cloth shade. Harp and finial will be included. Base is illuminated also (see photo) with small wattage bulb that goes on when the lamp is turned on. Three way light: Only base lit, Only top bulb lit, Both base and top bulb lit. Would make a gorgeous nightlight. Base of lamp has small circle felt stickers attached. Could easily be removed. Historic table lamp with diffused light. Produced by italian company Flos and design by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. Lamp published everywhere on all the bases of Italian and international design, so much so that it is still present in the MoMA design store. This “Cat” lamp has a wooden base, a metal structure and a “cocoon” shade. The proposed lamp is one of the first production and original of the 60s. Excellent condition with minimal signs of aging and in original patina. 30 cm high 20 cm diameter. Italian / European electrical system (see photo) but easy to modify to adapt it to your system.
