Wood base with felt covered bottom. There is a hook onto if you would want to hang it. The fabric shade does have some light staining on inside at seams but it is not noticeable from the outside (ex photo 21). I’m not sure if this was a manufacture lamp or if someone made it but it is really cool and very sturdy!!! Light bulb not included in sale. Wiring looks to be original with no exposed wires.
