Vintage 1970s Brazilian Butterfly Wood Desk/Table Lamp Mushroom Shade 14 Tall
Brought back from Brazil in the 70′s this desk/table lamp is made from Butterfly Wood that let’s the light shine through the knots for an unusual display. A glossy clear finish makes the wood shine. Lamp measures approximately 14″ tall and the shade is 8.5″ across at the widest part. The shade sits on three wooden dowels attached to the base. The shade has an old repair at the top where it had been broken and reattached… The lamp is in working order with a convenient on/off switch in line.

I have had this lamp for probably 30 years works well. It stands 31 inches high and with a palm tree leaves is approximately 8 1/2 inches it’s all solid brass could use a good cleaning and polishing.
