Vintage Bradford Celestial Light Rotating Motion Light Lamp RARE Table Top style
Celestial Light Rotating Motion Light Lamp Color Star Drum RARE Table Top style version see working condition. Celestial Light Motion Lamp Rotating Color Star Drum and an extremely rare table top version of the Bradford brand on this item. The only ones I have ever seen are the star Christmas Tree topper by Bradford or an imitation. This is by the Bradford Brand. The base on the underside as shown in photos has the Bradford brand marking. The brown color base is made of thin plastic and there are the two clear plastic globe parts and the star color drum/wheel. Includes the original cord and I believe is the original bulb (6 Watt). The cord with the bulb attached slides in the groove just under the pin that the star rotating color drum rests on. The two clear plastic globe pieces have some damage to include the one tab part that is broken off and shown in close up photo as a comparison of the two ends. Once assembled you could either put a piece of clear scotch tape across the seam to ensure it does not come apart as an option. Also, on the interior seam along where the two globe pieces come together there are the small tab connectors and the majority are broken off or stuck in the opposite side when they broke off. There are scuff marks and other deeper scratch type marks into the clear plastic along the base bottom edge area. It is very tricky to align and connect the pieces into the base and will require time and patience not to damage when assembling. When setting up for the photos in this listing, I inserted the piece with the tab to hold in place on the base as shown in the photo with the tape measure, then carefully put the other piece in and will take some patience. Once set up I would not advise continuing to handle and leave and enjoy. The color wheel drum with the stars is in nice solid shape overall with some slight waviness warping from use over the years and some scratch marks. It will take time for the motion light to warm up and must be on a level surface due to the sensitivity and delicate item. The spinning motion seemed to work better with the clear globe pieces not in place on the base and just takes time. Once adding the clear globe parts, seemed to not spin as much. Adding a fan motion gentle breeze from the top would help or how it is set up, should be on a perfectly flat surface as this may impact the operation and functionality on this item. Large scale 19th century antique Gild Bronze French Bouillotte table lamp. Pretty heavy, in great condition, later rewired, wires tied down to four Griffin Head and acanthus leaf arms with decorated candlecups and tall candle imitation lamp sockets. In perfect working condition, Large metal shade textured black with two golden trims. Overall height 31″ from bottom to the top of the gilded laurel handle, the shade is 23″ diameter. Offered here is a’Gone With the Wind’ style hand painted milk glass hurricane parlor table. Lamp made by Kiss of Meriden CT in a pink roses pattern. This lamp has a 2 light switch, allowing the top, bottom or both parts to be lit. It is in very nice condition, with no damage. All parts are secure and tight. The switch, sockets, cord and plug are in good shape. There is typical roughness on the bottom rim of the top globe shade. The bright brass colored metal has age appropriate light patina. Vintage Mushroom Lamp Bill Curry Stemlite Design Line Mid Century Modern Light
Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a vintage mushroom designed by Bill Curry for Stemlite / Design Line Inc. The metal tulip base is a beige color. There is an on/off rotary knob switch located on the metal base just below where the shade rests. The underside of the base has its original UL label, and there is also a number sequence stamped into the metal, along with what appears to be a symbol (see photos). A great vintage addition to any mcm interior setting! The lamp stands approx. 11.25″ tall x 12.5″ in diameter. Condition: Overall, given its age, we’d say the lamp is in very good condition. The base shows some minor paint loss that can be left alone or easily touched up (see photos). The glass shade is free from chips, cracks, breaks, repairs, etc. The electrical wiring is in good shape – no frays, splits, exposed and / or brittle wires.
