Original Vintage Laurel Mushroom Tulip Table Lamp. Dimensions – 12″ tall x 13″ diameter. White metal tulip base with frosted glass shade. It features a single standard socket with 3-way toggle switch. The lamp is in good original condition, works great. There is minor wear to the base. The mushroom globe has a couple of very small knicks on the edge that sit inset on the base. They don’t affect the lamp and can’t be seen but needed to be mentioned. You can see a close up of them. Vintage Original Mid Century Modern Laurel Table Lamp Brass Wood Sculptural. MCM LAUREL LAMP Original Shade Brass Walnut Eames Era. Mid Century 60′s Lamp made by Laurel. Retains original shade which has Walnut Wood “Lozenge” shapes glued on cloth shade. Lamp works, but as with all vintage lighting we recommend checking and updating wiring. Wear commensurate with age and use. Some scuffing and one spot of brass plating on one base where lamp has swiveled. Lamp can be tightened. Otherwise, brass is bright and lustrous. Walnut– rich in color. Shade–One shade has dents in fabric and small chip from one wood lozenge. The other has a small stain. On the bases, one green cover is missing. All wood lozenge pieces securely in place. Iconic Space age lamp. Very hard to find original shade. Measurements: The lamps are a 29.5 tall, and about 7 wide without the shade. Vtg MCM 15 Laurel Type Smoke Mushroom Chrome Table Lamp Bill Curry for Stemlite
Here is a very hard to find 1970s mid-century table lamp designed by Bill Curry for Stemlite, El Segundo, California. It measures 15 inches tall with the shade on. The shade measures 13 inches in diameter, and the base measures 7 inches in diameter. It has a smokey glass mushroom shaped shade, similar to the earlier Laurel lamps, and a beautiful chrome base with an elegant slender shaft. There are some small light spots on the chrome. I did not clean the lamp or try to remove the spots. It is in the exact condition it was in when we acquired it. I tried to provide photos of the spotting, but it did not picture well. It is in 100% original condition with all labels intact, original wiring and non-polarized plug. Please review the photos for a complete description. All photographs are part of the description. We are always obtaining interesting pieces and have a seemingly endless number of jewelry, antiques and collectibles. We are not jewelers. We do not know color or clarity, and do not know natural from heated, enhanced, or synthetic. We either rely upon marks for metal purity, or test for gold content.
