Lamp works, bottom light setting not working, i beleive this is fairly minor and its a switch setting issue. The wireing for bottom setting is there. Brass is tarnished and has not been cleaned. Brass polish would bring its luster back. Vintage Amber Glass Hollywood Regency Mid Century Ornate Metal Base Lamp. And is gold in color. The bottom is ribbed amber Murano glass. The gold genie bottle middle is brass. Rotary switch clicks to light top only. Only the diffuser bulb, which has recently been replaced.
