Very rare Vintage postmodern Memphis style “Saturn” design halogen table lamp in the style of Robert Sonneman for George Kovacs. Featuring a circular glass shade that perfectly reflects light under a silver and blue metal base dome top and sits above a swirling silver metal base. Turns on and off with a dimmable light switch. The rusty spot is as shown in the fourth picture Measurement 19″H, 11.75″ Diameter on top, 7 Diameter round base.
Beautiful spiral round glass lamp, Murano style, retro, vintage, handmade, sphere
Here I have a beautiful unusal spiral round glass lamp and in excellent condition. It gives of a nice warm glow, so perfect if you don’t like bright lighting or if you want something to use in the evening. There are no makers mark or stickers to say who made it or where it is from but compared to others for sale, which are either just plan white or coloured this is very unusal to have the spiral pattern into the glass. This is very similar to the Murano style simialr to there glass mushroom lamps which are very sort after. I can’t say it is Murano but it’s very similar to them, not just the look of the lamp but how it feels. Around the edge from where it is handmade/handblown it’s similar to how they finish the Murano lamps, there not smooth. Who ever made this lamp it looks great with the spiral into the glass and who buys this will have a beautiful unusal lamp. Thank you for looking and please check my other items out. It’s like a green ceramic space station, speckled with white, with a space-age tower reaching up into space! This awesome old lamp is 21 inches in height at the top of the socket, and about 9 inches wide. 1970s Rosewood and Brass Spiral Table Lamp Vintage Rare Eames Panton 60s Era
Vintage 1970s rosewood and glass table lamp. The lampshade is made of thick cream glass. Spiral stem is made of brass. There is a decorative brass plate and screw on top of the shade. The stem is attached to horse shoe shaped base made of rosewood. The switch is placed on the cord. The lamp is in very good condition and in full working order. Marks to the brass work (please see pictures). The lamp takes one E27 bulb. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. Can be used with 110-230v supplies. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. PAIR VTG James Mont Spiral Helix Wood Lamps Published
For your consideration is this pair of large impressive scale James Mont carved wood open column twisted helix form table lamps with original finial and shades. They seem to be in remarkable original condition, with minor loss at the bases. Illustrated and described in Todd Merrill’s KING COLE PENTHOUSE, 2007. In addition to minor finish losses there is minor damage at the shade. We have provided images for your examination. These lamps are impressive not only because of the unique design, but because of the spectacular scale. They measure 6.75″ square at the base , Overall height is 46.50″, Secondary height to top of original finial is 43.50″ and to the top of socket is 32.75″. Helix column is 4.5″ wide and 24.5″ top to bottom. Shades measure 19″ high, 17″ across the bottom and 15.75 accross the top. There is an in line switch and the socket has a three way utility.
