Vintage Aladdin G214 Alacite Uranium Glass Table Lamp with Finial. This vintage (circa 1938) glass electric Aladdin lamp works but the cord and plug should be refurbished as you can see the fabric is worn off from age. 19″ tall, 4 1/2″ base. The glass lamp is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or rough spots — The metal harp and socket are a little loose and wobbly, and I don’t know how to rotate the finial to its upright position, but it does unscrew from the harp.

Decorative leaf embossed ring around the bottom needs to be put back into place as shown. Two very small glass bruises as shown. NO chips, no cracks, no repairs. Lamp works with original cord. Antique Mid Century pair Blackamoor Ceramic Chalk ware table lamps with Original Fiberglass Shades and With original Emerald Green colored glass marble finials. Hand painted Black Man & Woman UNIQUE! Male lamp 32 3/4 base to top of original teal marble finial, 24 tall base to socket, base measurement 11 3/4 x 6 7/8, 8 pounds 14 ounces. Female lamp 31 5/8 base to top of original emerald green marble finial, 23 5/8 tall base to socket, base measurement 10 x 7 1/2 wide, 11 pounds 3 ounces. Each lamp with only a few flaws, please look at all pictures. The double shade on each measure about 11 1/4 tall and 22 in diameter. These appear to be the original shades- which are old, 2 areas of the faux threading on shade is tattered, second tier with rip in the punched hole which lace was replaced (seen in pictures). Each with a 3 way medium base socket, tested (bulbs not included). Electric cord on each updated 6 2 length. Antique Vintage Aladdin Alacite Glass Electric Lamp Original Shade & Finial
Antique Vintage Aladdin Alacite Glass Electric Lamp Original Shade & Finial. 1940s Aladdin lamp with twelve-sided decagon base, complete with original Whip-O-lite shade and finial. Lamp is in working condition as seen in photo #1. The lamp measures approximately 22″ high with finial, 11 1/8″ glass height, and 4 1/2 wide at base. Condition of lamp base: factory faint lines/swirls in glass mainly on base (See photo # 4), factory very small bumps on glass surface/pin sized pits in glass, factory creases in glass (See photo # 3), typical wear/flaking to colored finish on glass stem/column of lamp (See photo # 1,2, 3, & 4), three small chips on the outside rim of base bottom (See photo #6 & 7) and one foot is chipped on it’s bottom (See photo # 6 & 7), and light small flea biting to outside and inside of bottom edge of base and feet. Marked on the bottom: Aladdin (See photo #6 & 7). The cord looks to be original fabric cord that has some staining/scuffing/small bit of fraying, small amount of paint on surface (See photo # 12). The alacite glass finial measures approximately 3 1/4″ in height and 1 5/8″ in width. Condition of alacite glass finial: Factory raised seams, factory bump at the very top of finial (See photo # 8 & 9), a couple of tiny flea bites to factory seams (See photo # 8 & 9), and tarnish/scratching to metal (See photo # 8). The original Whip-o-lite shade measures: 12″ in diameter at base, 9 1/8″ in diameter at the top, and 8 in height. Condition of the shade:a couple of fine creases in shade, darker colored areas throughout shade, wear/darker staining to silk trim (See photo #10 & 11), wear to raised design (See photo # 1, 10, & 11), small area at the top of inside shade silk trim is loose (See photo #), and area at the top inside shade there is an opening in silk trim (See photo # 10 & 11).
