Vintage Mid-Century Modern Green Drip Glaze Pottery Ginger Jar Table lamps Pair
They have a really pretty drip glaze in greens, browns and white. The ceramic body of the lamps are 11 tall and approx. 6 1/2 in diameter at the widest parts. They measure approx 21 1/2 tall to the top of the shade holders, sorry, there are no finials included. They are in gently displayed condition with no cracks or breaks to the pottery, they do have normal age craze lines and metal parts have normal tarnish from age. But nothing that takes away from their display. The felt lining on the very bottoms is torn in spots. These awesome lamps work great-I think they will work with a dimmer bulb as well as a standard. Offered is a lovely matching pair of vintage Mid Century Modern Ceramic Pottery Ginger Jar Lamps, there a Hollywood Regency style, Asian inspired, very top of pottery has a pagoda shape and these are a bit taller than most seen. There white in color with a shiny finish, if you look at the very bright white background in photos so folks may consider them a off white. They have black painted metal bases and are in working order, the sockets are designed for a 3-way bulb (not included). There condition is as follows : Nice Vintage pre owned condition, Ceramic is very nice may find a minor scratch on shiny gloss here and there, The metal parts, socket and harp are discolored tarnished aged. Black painted metal bases look nice with only a couple of minor blemishes on painted surface. Lamps have no shades. The pottery body only measures approx. 18 1/4″ tall, if you include the base and body only there 19 1/2″ tall, from table top to sockets there height is 22 1/2″ and finally there overall height from table top to top of harp not including finial is 29″. Vintage Ginger Jar Table Lamps Famille Rose Chinese Porcelain Pair Floral Cooper
Gorgeous Asian design pair of matching porcelain enamel table lamps. Not positive, but they look like his style. Hand crafted and hand painted in thick enamels of pinks, greens, yellow, light blue and a lavender. The white base features what looks like a large Famille Rose/ Peony along with buds and vines and finished with a circular pattern of lotus flowers that are decorating the top of the lamps. Very fine lines of coral colored rings at each bottom and top of the lamps. It measures 21 1/2″ to the top of the finial and the body is 8 1/4″ at it’s widest point. It has a 7 1/4 round wood base possibly rosewood? With carved scrolled feet. It has RK, F. And 6 1/4 P. On the underside of the base engraved in the wood. I have no clue what these marks refer to. Very pretty matching pair of lamps. Oh yes, the harps are a bit different in shape. However they do have the same color patina. Pair of Vintage Asian Blanc de Chine Reticulated Porcelain Ginger Jar Table Lamp
Beautiful matching pair hard to find! Of vintage mid century era porcelain pierced / reticulated blanc de chine ginger jar table lamps. Gloss white ceramic with dark wood base. Black neck, brass tone harp, solid brass finial. The finial is tarnishedwe have not polished it and leave this to your discretion. There is one repaired area on one of the lamps, on the white ceramic jar lid (see photo). This is really very easy to hide by simply turning that portion toward the wall. As long as we have owned these lamps, no one has ever even noticed the repair. The three-way switches on both lamps are in great working condition. Each lamp measures about 14 inches to the top of the ginger jar, 2 inch neck, 12 inch harp, and 2.25 inch finial; just over 30 inches tall overall from the base to the top of the finial.
