Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a FANTASTIC. BOOMERANG table lamp with accompanying fiberglass shade. Materials: Wood, Metal, Fiberglass. The boomerang is black, while the wooden cubes and base are a medium tone wood (we’re not sure what kind, but the lamp is nice and solid). The three wood cube blocks have the ability to rotate slightly on their axis. The fiberglass shade is a deep beige color, with random black waves throughout. There is green felt attached to the underside of the base. Measurements: The lamp stands approx. 30 tall (measured from the bottom of the base to the finial). The distance from the bottom of the base to the light socket is approx. The black wooden boomerang stands approx. 15.5″ tall x 2.5″ thick (at its thickest point). Each of the three wooden blocks measures approx. 3″ tall x 2.25″ wide x 2.25 deep. The rectangular wooden base at the bottom measures approx. 9″ wide x 7″ deep x 1.75 thick. The fiberglass shade measures approx. 8″ tall x 15″ in diameter (across the top) x 16 in diameter (across the bottom). Condition: Given its age, all-in-all we’d say it’s in very good condition. There are very minor cosmetic flaws which can either be addressed by the purchaser, or be left alone – we chose to leave the lamp in the condition in which it was acquired. The wood shows some minor colors loss and a little edge /corner wear on the cubes. There are some superficial scratches on the wooden cubes, and one tiny corner chip to the uppermost cube – at first we didn’t even notice it, but it is there and being mentioned for accuracy. We have not attempted to clean or touch-up the lamp in any way – what you see is what you get. It should clean up quite nicely with minimal effort. The fiberglass shade is free from rips, holes, tears, repairs, etc. The lacing is intact. The shade could benefit from a gentle cleaning, but in our opinion, it displays nicely as it is. The electrical wiring has been replaced, and is new – so, it’s in great shape… No frays, splits, exposed wires, etc. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition.
