Antique Vtg Art Deco 2 Socket Table Lamp, Finial, Green Jadeite Akro Agate Glass
This is an excellent original vintage (1930′s) art deco style table lamp with two sockets, the original finial, and two green marbled akro agate glass accent pieces. Condition is excellent; the original gold and black finish is intact and in good condition with minor light wear and a naturally aged patina overall. Nothing is cracked or broken and the glass pieces are not damaged, but one of them sits slightly lopsided on the post, probably because one of the small metal spacer rings on the post is slightly bent. The cardboard candle socket covers appear to be newer replacements, and the cord is in very good condition and might have been replaced, but there is a piece of tape on the cord where it exits the bottom of the lamp and might indicate a splice. The lamp is working and there is a rotary switch on the cord for convenience. Because of it’s age, all electrical components on the lamp should be inspected for safety before use. Vintage 23H cast metal, ornate 8 panel carmel slag glass single socket lamp
1920-30′s cast metal with ornate filagree, single socket w pull chain, 23 H. With 19 D shade, 8 carmel slag glass panels. The lamp is in excellent condition with no obvious damage to the slag glass panels or the intricate metal lattice work. The lamp is in working condition. The lamp base was repainted On the inside bottom of the cast metal frame where each section is welded together, additional welding material was added to reinforce the joints, Even so there is some minor gaps between some of the seams.
