TREASURES from the HEARTLAND. For your consideration is a vintage circa 1950′s Black panther table/TV lamp. The black panther in front of the mid-century style light green lamp base is a stunning contrast of color and shape. After 2 close inspections, I found no damage to lamp. Panther and green base have no cracks, chips, soiling, wear or repairs. Similarly, the shade has no holes, creases, staining or any other damage. The “jungle” look of the shade with matching green is certainly original to the lamp. This is a tested 3-way lamp socket with all 3 settings working as they should. The only marking noted was a number hand written on bottom. This lamp stands approx 27 tall with shade in place. Note: the black on the green base under the panther is original and under the glaze. I believe it to be intended “shadows” under the panther. Please view all photos and feel free to ask any questions you may have. I respond in a timely manner.
