Vintage Industrial Desk Lamp Machine Age Task Light Cast Iron Steampunk
This vintage style desk lamp takes its cues from the gritty charm and tough-as-nails elegance that characterized early-20th-century industrial lighting design. Features steel articulating arms, cast iron joints, a hefty vintage style base, and reproduction twisted cloth cord. Shown with brass cone lamp shade and vintage style socket in oil-rubbed bronze finish. A classic look with new parts; everything works perfectly and safely. Three separate joints enable the lamp to be positioned in a wide variety of ways. Antique valve handles have been added to the two lowest joints to make re-positioning easier. Valve handles have been cleaned and clear-coated to preserve the rustic finish. Please note that since these valve handles are antique, each with their own unique character, your handles may look slightly different–still cool, but different. The cone shade is raw brass and we leave it alone, so it will continue to age naturally and develop to the perfect patina. Ocket takes regular size bulbs, and looks great with an Edison bulb. Great little task lamp here with loads of charm and character. Features a steel articulating arm, cast iron joints, a spun brass base, and a vintage style bulb cage. Wiring is brand new reproduction black twisted cloth cord and a new antique style plug. The socket is a very high quality reproduction with a round turn-key and an aged brass finish. Everything works perfectly and safely. Two separate joints enable the lamp to be positioned in a wide variety of ways. These joints are the real deal: solid cast iron, built to last a lifetime. An antique valve handle has been added to the lowest joint to make repositioning a breeze. Socket takes regular size bulbs, and looks great with an Edison bulb, as pictured. Bulb is not included, but I can advise on where to get them. This lamp can also be reconfigured to mount on the wall for a small additional cost. Beautiful, Vintage, Art Deco style cast metal lamp base of a 1920s burlesque entertainer balancing a gorgeous Italian Millefiori glass globe on her feet. Measures Approximately: 8 x 8w x 25.5. Light / wiring is working. Patina on metal is pristine. Glass is in perfect shape. Metal cast base is stamped Collection Francaise. Millefiori -is a glasswork. Antique Vtg Cast Metal Table Lamp with Ridged Reverse Printed Floral Panel Shade
This is a fantastic antique arts & Crafts era table lamp with six bent ridged glass shade panels with floral designs reverse painted on each. It is in very good original condition, but there are some areas of damage; there is a repaired crack on the edge of the base that has been concealed by matching paint (shown close up on the photos), there is a crack near the top of the shade frame also shown close-up in the photos, and there is some paint loss on the glass panels. The gold finish on the lamp is original and in very good condition and the base has some fantastic details cast in high relief. Both sockets and cord have been replaced and are in very good condition, but because of the lamp’s age, all electrical components should be inspected before use. The lamp cap is missing, so the shade currently sits on top of two large metal washers with the finial screwed through the middle. The lamp measures 23″ H and the shade measures about 16″ in diameter. Vintage Industrial Art Gauge Board Cast Iron Steampunk Rustic Table Wall Lamp
This one is for the folks that like their antiques untouched. Patina, dirt, corrosion, old paint and other wear may be present. Please refer to pictures to assess condition. 18×14 gauge board marked Southern Asbestos Mfg Co Engineers & Contractors, Richmond VA in raised lettering. Added 2x 2.5 JP Marsh gauges and 1/2 iron pipe in the front. Back has 4x 3/4 npt connections. Original wood supports still on. Endless possibilities using this to build a unique industrial piece of art or steampunk lamp. No holes were drilled in it. The 2 larger openings would have been for the original gauges. 4 smaller slots are visible in line, running the center of the board. The 2 inside ones where the small gauges are attached have been open all the way though, 2 outsides ones are closed. There are a lot more items being listed, please check our other listings. Vintage Heavy Cast Art Deco Reverse Painted Electric Table Lamps for Restoration
This listing is for a vintage pair of heavy cast Art Deco electric table lamps for restoration. Lamps do work but need rewiring. I believe they are made of a heavy cast pot metal with a bronze finish. They have four glass panels that are reverse painted with baskets of flowers. They also have painted baskets of flowers on the bases. Both have tops that do lift off. One is missing the finial on the top lid. I’m not sure but they might have had finials on all four corners on the top lids. If so, these are missing also. Overall measurements: 17 tall. Base is 6 1/4 square. These old lamps are in good used vintage condition. One has a bent frame around one glass panel. I don’t see any breaks or cracks in the glass panels. As stated above, I believe they might be missing finials. One is also missing the cover over the on/off turn button. They do show some finish loss. It looks like someone scratched or stripped the finish on the frame above the back glass panels. They are also very dusty/dirty. Very heavy, well-made pair of lamps. From a smoke free home. SCOTTISH TERRIER lamp VINTAGE 1930′S cast metal Scotty DOG art deco table light
Circa 1930′s Scottish Terrier dog table lamp. Only one I have ever seen. The shade holder is made of cast brass metal tubing with a bamboo like shape. The bake lite switch is original. 7 inch high by 8 1/2 inch long and 3 1/2 inch wide. Original opaque round glass lamp shade to this lamp. The dog is original to this lamp also. The dog is black in color though there is much age residue or dirt on the surface of both the dog and the lamp. I bought this lamp like this and have not attempted to restore the electrical’s, I will leave that to the new owner. OLD ELECTRIC CORD IS TOO OLD TO BE USED ANYMORE. Not tested, new wiring required because this lamp is 70 years old. Glass is not broken with no cracks. HEAVY TARNISH TO THE OLD CHROME PLATED SURFACE OF THE BRASS CASTINGS. Left thumb screw holding white opaque round glass lamp shade screws off, the RIGHT thumb screw does not unscrew. Inside the glass shade is the old original brass light bulb holder: that type of bulb holder is the very old type of push & turn light bulb no longer used in America. New owner will need to have new wiring & new light bulb socket installed if owner wants this to work again. That type of push and twist light bulb is not available anymore in USA, though that type of light bulb is still available outside USA & if new owner wants a 220 volt one, I can send one for free with the dog lamp if you let me know you want a new light bulb. Original bakelite on & off switch is not tested to see if it works or not. Dog is original to this lamp, all parts are original. No recent or past alterations have been made. Likely this lamp was made in Britain pre WW 2. Surface of brass parts have green verdirigis patina from oxidation. Guaranteed AUTHENTIC Vintage old items This is the real goods.
