An excellent GENUINE ORIGINAL example of the highly popular 10 solid English oak Table Lamp from Robert’Mouseman’ Thompson. Of typical form with square base and octagonally carved and tooled central stem and a nicely detailed mouse carved to one facet. Rewired with new 3 core period style braided wiring and antiqued brass bulb holder. Excellent condition and medium fumed colour. It has been fully rewired with 3 core golden cable, solid brass B22 switched safety bulbholder and UK plug. Width- 9cm X 9cm. I have over 15 contemporary Mouseman lamps made by the Mouseman company in their workshop in Kilburn and I have certificates with them as well. Standing on a solid circular marble base this Sonneman style chrome lamp features a central column with three arched light arms ending in chrome ball fixtures that can be moved in all directions. Good/ consistent with age. A couple flee bite chips around the edge of the marble. Not even noticeable unless you really look for it in my opinion. Wear consistent with age and use. H 30.5 in.
