Vintage Pink Floral Panel Shade Table Lamp Brass Finish Pull Chain Corded

Imperfections pictured, it is supposed to turn on at the bottom by tapping it (the base of the lamp is supposed to have a sensor but it doesn’t work because it is old, neighbors told me it could be fixed). But I haven’t been able to find a place to fix it. This was given to me by neighbors and has only been used for decoration by me.
