Vintage MCM Obelisk Alabaster Table Lamp Working Mid-Century Lamp
Gorgeous vintage alabaster stone lamp. White with some beige and grey marbling. Gold harp with matching finial. Condition is good vintage. There are a few dings on the lamp corners if closely inspected. Overall it’s very unique, rare, and really pretty. The material I believe is alabaster as it’s almost translucent and doesn’t look as solid in color as marble. If that makes sense. But I’m not an expert on stone materials. But it’s heavy and looks like quartz almost so my best guess is alabaster. 33.75 tall including the finial. 18.75 to the top of the stone base. 4.5 wide at the base.
Vintage Brass Napoleon Candlestick Obelisk Table Lamp Shade Included
Vintage Brass “Napoleon Candlestick” Obelisk Table Lamp. With an estimated age of 50-60 years, this brass plated metal candlestick has a natural antique brass appearance with a small amount of tarnish freckling. It is cast in a “Napoleon Candlestick” style with Empire elements, including cast French victory wreaths on the base echoed by a cast wreath finial. Foliate elements and reeded surfaces enhance the classic style of these dramatic and elegant lamp. Fitted with a three way socket, the lamp has a new cord, new harp, and new harp clip replacing a worn cord and rusted harp assembly. The lamp has been cleaned and sanitized without altering the lamp’s natural aged finished. New, dense felt pads have been added under the feet to prevent damage to fine furniture finishes. The shade is ivory-toned silk-like fabric stretched over a square traditional bell frame, lined with white taffeta. Edges and ribs are lined with hem tape of the same fabric. Lamp Dimensions: Overall height, 32.75. Base to top of socket, 22. Base, 7.5 square at feet tips. Finial, 2″ wide by 2.75″ tall. Shade Dimensions: Top, 6 square.
