Vintage 50s MCM Koch Lampette Articulating Table Lamp Folding Telescoping Desk. Estate sale attic find! Cleverly designed beige metal MCM lamp, the lamp folds and twists every which way and folds onto itself for storage. Very nice preowned condition, all functions tested and everything works as it should. This lamp shows some scuffs, marks, oxidation and discoloration to lamp body, articulating shaft and cord, all typical of age and use. This lamp could use a good detailing. The wiring leading into the body looks frayed at the shaft joint on the shade side and some wire is exposed, the lamp functions as-is but should definitely be rewired or at the very least the exposed area taped over. The lamp is approximately 6″ tall when completely folded onto itself and 11.5″ tall with all sections and shade fully extended. The metal arm is approximately 5″ in length and the base diameter is approximately 3″. Lamp control panel marked Koch Creations W. Photos tell an accurate story of condition.
