Vintage Bourdon Brass Lamp Musical & Animal Motifs- 1880-1910, 14.5 Tall
This rare antique brass table lamp by Bourdon dates approximately to the late 1800s to early 1900s. It features richly detailed raised relief designs including musical instruments, hunting gear, birds, and fish-all executed in the distinct high-relief style typical of the period. The lamp is marked “BOURDON” in three different locations, confirming its authenticity and maker. Material: Brass. Height: 14.5 inches. Base Diameter: 6.5 inches. Wiring: Professionally electrified with a modern socket (Sun-Lite 250W/250V), not a homemade conversion. Condition. Fully functional. A shallow dent is visible near the base (see photos). Natural patina from age A fine example of late Victorian decorative metalwork-perfect for collectors or as a statement accent lamp.
