Vintage Danish Mid Century Teak & Ceramic Large Table / Floor Lamp
Vintage Large mid century Danish table / floor lamp. This lamp consists of a solid teak base with textured ceramic body and solid upper teak stem. It has a large off white shade which we are not sure if its original or not. I think its been recently rewired and is working, it has a brass switchable lamp holder which is a little difficult to access with the shade in place but its easier to turn on and off at the plug where possible. The shade has a few marks in places and there are some scuffs to the teak and ageing to the ceramic but its a stunning lamp. The first couple of pics show it next to a coffee cup to give an idea of scale but suffice to say its a large lamp. There is a little brass cap that screws on to hold the shade in place. It will be sent with the plug removed as you need to have it checked for safety by a qualified electrician prior to use. If you choose to rewire the plug yourself you assume responsibility for the items safety. Height (from floor to top of shade) – 110 cms. Shade – 41 cms diameter (top) , 61.5 cms height.
