Original Label to the side of the shade. All the chrome is in very good condition minor age related marks. The shade can be turned and the split mark would not be seen. Signed Vintage Mid Century Modern 1960s Harvey Guzzini Italy Clan Table Lamp
A vintage 1960s Harvey Guzzini Clan table lamp in a good, clean working condition. A partial Guzzini sticker is on the outside of the lamp (photos 3 and 10). The top dome lifts off if wanting to change the bulb. The lamp and base are made from acrylic (plastic) with a polished chrome metal rim. It takes a maximum 100 watt standard bayonet bulb (not included) and has an inline on / off switch. There’s a June 2019 PATs test sticker on the plug but this is not something I’ve had done. There are no chips or cracks to the lamp or base and no pitting to the chrome fittings. Please use zoom on photos. Height = 34cm, Diameter = 31cm, Lead Length = 210cm. P manufactured in Italy. The lampshade is made of. Topped with a large chrome cylinder. There are two bulb casings. The stem is made of a chrome rod and is threaded through the lampshade. It is possible to slide the lampshade along the stem. The base is made of cast iron with a chrome cover. The switch is placed on the cord. The lamp is in. Condition and in full working order. And it is fitted with a UK plug. As with all vintage electrical equipment, it is advisable to have it checked by a qualified electrician. Although we strive to give as accurate a description as possible, patina and age-related wear are to be expected. However, we will always indicate any noticeable defects. The company enjoyed the collaboration of many world famous designers and still does. This fantastic lamp is a great example of Guzzinis innovation and uniqueness.
