Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a fun vintage ceramic lamp. Circa’50s /’60s. The lamp has an amoeba / biomorphic design to it, with raised shapes done in a variety of colors on the front facing surface. The remainder of the lamp is a tan color. The lamp operates by using a standard on/off rotary knob switch that is located at the socket. We are uncertain as to the maker. No shade present – that’ll be left up to the purchaser to provide on their own. It’ll make a nice addition to any modern interior setting! The ceramic portion of the lamp measures approx. 5″ tall x 12″ wide x 4 deep. The distance from the bottom of the base to the top of the light socket is approx. Condition: The lamp is in very good condition for its age – there are no chips, cracks breaks, scratches, repairs, etc. The raised shapes on the front surface of the lamp show some mild color loss – they don’t particularly detract, and can be easily touched up with paint, if desired. We just kept it in the condition in which it was acquired as it didn’t bother us. The electrical wiring looks to be original, and it is in good condition – no frays, splits, exposed or brittle wires. The lamp is in fully-functioning, working condition. As with all vintage lighting, we always strongly recommend having a licensed electrician inspect the wiring prior to long-term use. The lamp is b. All sales are final. Please ask them and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
