For Sale Pair Vintage Mid Century Robert Sonneman Kovacs Style Chrome Globe Eye Ball Table Lamps. I consider myself pretty knowledgeable about mid century lamps. I don’t think it is Laurel. The ball joint is wrong. I don’t think they are Lightolier, the bell is different. I give it a decent shot that these are Kovacs. But can’t be sure. There is a 20% chance they are Italian. They are GREAT LAMPS. No corners were cut making these. I love how they look. Just the right height. I love the tilt of the stand. I love the ball joint. I cleaned the inside of one of the bells (pictured). Someone had obviously put in too strong a bulb at some point. It was really easy. I didn’t clean the other but will do so if requested. You’ll never see the inside as most bulbs will block the view. Just a tremendous pair of chrome mid century lamps. You won’t find better. DIMENSIONS – Total Height = Approx. Ball width = approx.
