Preowned condition is good. And the lamp itself is it very nice. It has a floral design roses. It has blue around the panel and the rose has a sparkly silver to i t. The gold after so many years has little bit of spots on it. But it’s really not noticeable at all. What I like about this touch lamp it’s not like the animal ones or other ones that I’ve seen. It has the decor of the flowers in the middle of the panels. Thank you for looking.
