Great lamp with an adjustable tole shade that is black. The base has a brass handle or finger loop. It could be a Chapman but is not marked as I’ve seen the same lamp in the Chapman design. Lighting works very well with a on cord switch by Leviton. Twist the key and the shade goes up or down to suit your needs. 16″ tall to the finial, 8 1/2″ to socket, 7 1/2″ base length and the oval shade is 9 1/4″ wide. Thank you for looking!
