Vintage ARTMAX Post Modern Sculptural Plaster Zig Zag Table Lamp. It appears the cord has been replaced and an online switch added. The main switch on top also works. The shade which I believe to be original has age and heat stains on the inside. A few small scuffs and scratches as expected for time and use and shown in the last several pictures. We are happy to help.
