Antique English Art Deco Burr Walnut Bowed Bedside / Occasional Side Table (Circa 1930). This is a good quality Art Deco burr walnut bow fronted bedside or occasional table, circa 1930, with later adapted legs, in excellent condition. Item: Occasional / Bedside Table. Wood: Burr Walnut & Teak. Stunning mirror matched veneer. Later adapted rounded, tapering legs. Lovely colour & grain configuration. Curved shape & clean lines. This is a good quality Art Deco burr walnut & teak. With an unusual shape, circa 1930. With later adapted legs. The table boasts and inward-bowed front, with a stunning mirror matched veneer top. Below the top is a single drawer, which runs smoothly and closes flush to the frame. The drawer retains its original vertical wooden handle. The table is raised on four later adapted teak round, tapering legs. The table displays solid craftsmanship. This piece boasts classic Art Deco styling in the overall design of the curved front, clean lines and the choice of materials. The side table displays a mellow burr walnut colour. As it boasts the original polish, it has a beautiful mellow patina, which has been generated by the years of cleaning and care it has received. The piece features a thick lucite base and table surface, as well as a frosted lucite column. Wired for use with a 3-way bulb.
