Vintage Mid-Century Pair of Dancer Table Lamps/Shades
These are just some of the words to describe these Chalkware lamps! The female belly dancer stands 27 inches tall, with a base width of 7 inches. With the shade, she stands 29 inches tall. The male dancer/genie stands slightly taller, at 31 inches (with shade). The shades are 21 inches in diameter and original to the lamps. Both lamps are fashioned with pink fringe detailing in a peachish-pink, atop beige shades. Condition: There are a couple chipped areas on the male’s face. There is also a small black mark on his foot. These are the only blemishes. Female is in near perfect condition. Both lamp shades are in immaculate condition. Vintage 1954 Premco Lamp Mid Century 1950′s Chalkware Dancer Fiberglass shade
This is a beauty from 1954 by Premco. The dancer and base is chalkware. It is a turquoise with gold accents. It measures 22″ tall frome base to socket & 9.5″ wide. No repairs to chalkware. The shade is in good shape but has couple of breaks in stitching… One on top amd ome om bottom. It has gold accents throughout the shade. It measures 8″ tall and 12″ wide. Vintage Moss lamp with repro shade mid century Asian dancer figurine 1950s retro
We paired this vintage Moss lamp base with one of our reproduction spun glass (fiberglass) shades in a turquoise to compliment the glaze on the Balinese dancer figurine. The shade, which we call The Large Trapezoid, is 22″ x 14″ x 13 high, and has a new trim piece that matches the lamp base, just like the original shade would have had. The lamp base lights up below the dancer, and also has a small planter for plastic plants. Overall, the lamp with shade is 29.75 high. However, the figurine was repaired at some point in the past.
