Gruvwood is a line of décor /accessories made by National Products of Louisville KY that consisted of American hardwood walnut accent wooden strips or squares with a “V” shaped groove between, hence the trade name Gruvwood. The lamp comes with original double shade comprised of an outer natural woven basket weave, the inner shade a semi translucent fiberglass. Vintage 1960s MCM Pair Of White Bubble Beehive Basket Weave Tripod Atomic Lamps
Vintage pair of 1960s white plastic beehive lamps with basket weave design on a wood and metal tripod base. The color of the white shade varies depending on the light globe inside it as per the second photo. White is a versatile colour since you can put a programmable multi colored LED globe (available from Bunnings and online). And you can choose your colour preferences. They are in very good condition, with no chips or dents. One has a small repair close to the base which is hardly noticeable (refer to the last two photos). There is some wear to the finish on the metal base and some marks on the wooden legs which are commensurate with its age. Please refer to the photos which are part of the description. They measure just over 35 cm high. They are in good working order. They will be professionally packed to arrive as described. 2 Vintage Mid Century Mod Cypress Knee Table Lamps w Basket Weave Wood Shades
This listing is for a 2 Vintage Mid Century Mod Wood Cypress Knee Table Lamps with Beautiful Basket Weave Wood Shades. These take a regular normal sized bulb nothing special. Each lamp measures 20 1/4 inches tall to the top of the light socket, and measures 7 1/4 inches across the base. One has a lamp shade holder that is taller then the other. So in total, one lamp measures 27 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lamp shade holder and the other measures 30 1/2 inches tall to the top of the lamp shade holder each of which is also made from the cypress knee Wood. No maker marked or dates to either lamp that I can find. Both work perfectly as pictured. Great Man cave addition! For this reason, and the fact that many of my items are 50+ years old, my items show ware and other issues from age and use. They are not NEW or unused unless specified to be so. Look very carefully at the pictures. I also cannot verify that any given item did or did not come from a Smoke or Pet Free home. I try very hard to package as carefully as possible all of the items I sell. However, sometimes, no matter how well an item is packaged, it ends up lost or damaged.
