This is a nice vintage figural table lamp. Has a glass paper weight that acts as the lamp from a bulb underneath shining up through the glass. The clear glass paper weight alone is very neat! I don’t know what the figure is made out of. The bottom of the item is covered with green felt. It is a dark Brown color. It is about 8 inches across and about 8 inches tall.
