Vintage Mid-Century Modern Flying Saucer UFO Atomic Age Desk or Table Lamp

Id-century modern Flying Saucer UFO Atomic Age desk or table lamp. Wheeler Sight Light shades. The vintage lamp is 16 tall, the shade 13 in diameter and the base 6-1/2 in diameter. The original paint finish is in good condition for its age and use though it has a few scratches and wear on the base and top and underside of the shade (see photos). The lamp has the original cord and wiring and is in very good working condition. The shade fits easily into the upper area where the light bulb is housed. A 40 watt CFL or LED light bulb is recommended to prevent the shade from becoming too hot (not included). This is a beautiful vintage lamp from the atomic era. UFO Flying Saucer lamps.
