Vintage 12 Waterford Crystal L6 Electric Hurricane Lamp. For your consideration today, a hard to find sparkling Waterford crystal electric hurricane lamp. Handmade in Ireland, this lamp is known as Waterford’s “L6 12″ Electric Hurricane Lamp, model # 953-000-06-11. It has a variety of cross and vertical cuts that capture and refract the light beautifully, sending multicolored, patterned rays of light throughout the room when it is lit. The lamps smooth polished brass fitter complements the crystal. It is an absolutely stunning piece sure to be a treasured heirloom! The 12″ model lamp actually measures about 12.75″ in height and 7 in diameter at its widest point. It features the Gothic Waterford mark on its top and bottom pieces. The lamp has a cord with a switch and it lights well. There is a small nick in the glass next to the hole for the plug and a couple of light use marks that are seen when you hold the glass to the light for inspection; those are the only issues of note and they do not detract from the piece overall. As with all handcrafted crystal, this piece may have a few tiny little air bubbles throughout the glass. The lamp takes up to a 60w standard bulb not included.
